Clothing retailer rallying for cancer patients
by Jennifer Hall
Friday, May 16, 2008

Dressbarn is rallying for the American Cancer Society. The retailer will be selling heart key rings at its stores, including the one at the Shoppes at North Village, for $5. The Relay For Life event kicked off on May 12 and runs until August 31, or while supplies last. The company will contribute the entire net profit to the American Cancer Society.

In 2007, more than 250 Dressbarn teams, made up of customers, executives and staff, participated in Relay for Life events and raised more than $750,000. There are more than 4,900 events to be held throughout the country in 2008.

For more information on the retail store or its collaboration with the American Cancer Society visit www.dressbarn.com.
