Iris show at East Hills

The Pony Express Iris Society will present “Irises on Parade” on May 23 at the East Hills Shopping Center. Judging will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The show will be open for public viewing from 1 to 5 p.m. For more information, call 364-6498 or 233-5821.

Garden club to hold plant sale

The Maryville Garden Club will hold its annual plant sale from 7 to 11 a.m. May 16 at the First United Methodist Church. Items for sale will include garden mums, modern day lilies, ornamental grasses, assorted perennials, annuals, vegetables, trees, shrubs and vines. The church is located at First and Buchanan streets in Maryville, Mo.
