Army says 12 killed in Fort Hood attack
by Associated Press
Thursday, November 5, 2009

FORT HOOD, Texas — The U.S. Army says 12 people have been killed and 31 wounded in a shooting rampage on the Fort Hood Army base in Texas.

Lt. Gen Bob Cone said at a news conference that one shooter has been killed and two suspects were apprehended on Thursday. He says they are all U.S. soldiers.

The shooting began around 1:30 p.m. Cone says that all the casualties took place at the base's Soldier Readiness Center where soldiers who are about to be deployed or who are returning undergo medical screening.

He says the primary shooter used two handguns in the attack.

Barack Hussien Obama thinks it is just terrible what Nidal Malik Hasan did, and they are going to stay on this.Hussien will probably call Faizul and maybe pray about it. What the hell is wrong with us?? Look at what this country has become.

The idiot was online talking about suicide bombs and all that good Islamic stuff.. But we need to show tolerance and let him stay in our military. After all, he is a good muslim, we know how peaceful they are, and how would it look if we yanked him out of the service..with our president being muslim and all.

12 of our people dead and 30 wounded. The idiot is still alive, maybe Hussien will show up and give him his swine flu vaccine like he did his gitmo brothers. My 70 year old at risk mother can't get it..but her name isn't Hasan, or Hussien.

Hasan attended prayers regularly when he lived outside Washington, often in his Army uniform, said Faizul Khan, a former imam at a mosque Hasan attended in Silver Spring, Md. He said Hasan was a lifelong Muslim.

rk92559...all I can say is...wow! I honestly don't know where to begin to point out all the errors with what you posted.

First of all, I don't go around calling you 92, since those are the middle numbers of your screen name. Please don't play on the fact that the president's middle name is Hussein. We all know it.

Then, and I mean no disrespect toward your mother, being 70 does not put her in a high risk category for H1N1. The most susceptible are pregnant women and children. From there, it's adults with chronic health issues. Even then, the majority of illness and death associated with H1N1 are in young adults, children, and pregnant women. As to the gitmo detainees getting the vaccine, I actually agree with you. I don't really understand it, unless there is an outbreak among the detainees and they are trying to keep it away from the soldiers that guard them.

Finally, being Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, or for that matter, atheist, has nothing to do with a person doing something so despicable. I am not a Muslim, but I find it extremely offensive that you would generalize all those who practice Islam as being associated with terrorists. It's like saying that all Christians are racists because of the KKK, which calls itself a Christian organization. Yet you won't find a church that claims them.

Again, wow.

Well say WOW all you want. mom does have a chronic health problem, but makes no differance..there is no vaccine available anyway. And she has to fly this weekend. If she worked for Goldmans she would be good.

Really?? Did you also know Bush's middle intial was W?? Or DUBYA????? Like he was referred to?

To bad...every terror act since the 70's was done by Islamic idiots. This guy was Palestinian. Hmmm...go figure, a Palistinian killing innocent people. What is next?? Bombs in movie theatres, maybe malls?? Kinda sounds like Isreal doesn't it?

I makes me sick to hear our brave people were shot down by someone that should not have been allowed to stay here, let alone serve in our military. But .I know..we don't want to offend anyone.
