Jack Romans bikes on the Southwest Parkway North section of the Urban Trail on Thursday. An avid biker, Romans has been a member of the St. Joseph Bicycle Club since 1997. He has logged over 43,000 miles on his bicycle since 2003. Romans said there are many benefits to cycling other than the obvious health benefit.
