my guess is that it is a NO on the HD thing, there is nothing on their website and my guess is that if they were switching to HD it would be advertised. I would kind of like to know what their plan are either way.

Enforce the sidewalk condition laws. The new walking/biking trails are great, but for an example, someone is going to get hurt on Ashland. The homeowners know what the responsibility that comes with owning a house with a sidewalk, now just enforce it.

Wow...great quotes from average JO's walking down the street that I am sure have intimate knowledge of both sides of the issue and can have an informed opinion.

I agree Tony. There is plenty of parking, especially since they have changed the rules and resident hall students can only park near residence halls. You may have to walk an extra minute or two, but there is plenty of parking.

I agree, we are in a housing slump, but the houses will eventually sell and the tax base will eventually be there.

I'm fine with it as long as they get the job done, which apparently they are doing or they would not be successful business people.
FYI: This is how a free market economy works, if they were not good at what they did, they would not be successful.
