this isnt the first murder case this has happened on, believe me. as far as detective garland, someone didn't do their job, why was 2008 in with 2005, i don't believe just one man is responsible for this and amother is correct, it is the job of the prosecutor to get the evidence where it needs to be. when will everyone listen? when will anyone be proactive and find someone to run against dwight and clean out the pa's office? this tiny town is waaaaay to political for it's size, the buck doesn't stop with officer garland.

yes i know they notify them and that i something that a good friend is trying to get that changed. a little boy died on the eastern side of the state because of this, and dss workers falsifying their report stating they saw the child when they didn't. so yes i know they notify them of visits beforehand, which is the stupidist thing i have ever heard.

dges, well how pathetic. let me ask u a question, if your child support that u are paying to support ur children is going to buy drugs, why don't you go to court and have custody changed? why allow your children to knowingly live in those kinds of conditions. or is that just so you can gripe because based on your income, you have to pay a significant amount, it's all based on income, if u weren't paying and they had to receive tanf, they you should be paying that back, however, housing, food stamps and medicaid do not have to be reimbursed, housing as well as the other programs are based on your income including child support. so somwhere this story doesn't track.

if, someone comes to the er with a life threatening illness, they CANNOT be turned away. and if u haven't read the lil statement when u go into the er, then next time stop and look, i heartland is gettin federal money, they have to treat everyone, regardless of ability to pay, race or for any other reason.

suzyq, not everyone on medicaid is not working, some of the working poor qualify for medicaid and they do pay a premium to have the health coverage and no it isn't the same coverage as somone who isn't working but it's something.

Kanye west should have been escorted from the premises just as ny other person who would have jumped on stage would have been. his outburst embarrassed beyonce, if he was kissing her booty, he went about it the wrong way. i think someone needs to take him down a peg or two. that was her moment, and he can't give that back to her no matter how bad he feels now or how many times he apologizes.

OMG, NUMBER ONE i can't believe this is even an issue, i agree i was taught to walk in the streets for the same reason, and at 5 am, what traffic dangers does this cause. i read an article online about how some smaller cities (st. joe) are using the practice of issuing more tickets due to the hard economic times to boost income. geez, i really thought the article was full of it, however, i may have to give this a second thought. walking in the street, geez come on guys at anytime of the day or nite u can find a group of kids walking in the streets. and no Ms Spencer cannot be bullied, by ANYONE.

he still has family that lives here and he is very very good to them and helps financially. so, yes i think st. joe should claim him, actions speak louder than words.
